Can I print a memory from a photo?

Start with the PrintPal or Meshy guide on our Create a model page, or ask us for personal design assistance. A photo-based model is an interpretation of your subject, including surfaces the photo cannot show. Review the model before printing.

Will the colour on screen match the print?

Screen colours are a guide. Real filament has its own finish and shade. The owner provides a fixed palette of 16 filament colours. No printer connection is needed to maintain that list.

Can I get an exact print price here?

This demo measures the model and gives an illustrative estimate. A production quote needs the actual printer, material and slicing profile, including supports and multicolour waste.

What happens to my uploaded files?

In this demo, files are processed in your browser and are not sent to a server. Use Save project to keep a draft in this browser, or download your colour 3MF. Account storage will be available after sign-in is connected.

What about colours and 3MF files?

STL preserves the shape, and you can paint it here. Compatible flat-colour 3MF files can retain their colours, but textured or slicer-specific files may need conversion. Keep the original colour file and preview for design assistance. A colourful screen preview alone does not guarantee a matching filament print.

AI interprets hidden surfaces. For replacement parts that must fit precisely, ask for design assistance with measurements.

Privacy, in plain language.

3DLise uses your information to save your designs, quote and fulfil prints, process payments, provide order updates and resolve support requests. Contact the owner about privacy or your information through WhatsApp +65 8736 9393.

Designs and accounts

Models are first opened in your browser. “Saved on this device” keeps a draft in this browser profile; anyone using that profile may be able to open it. When you sign in and save to your account, we store your model, project settings and optional preview in private Google Cloud storage, associated with your account. Your account can access its own projects and orders. Only the authorised owner can download customer quote and production packages to prepare and fulfil prints.

Quotes, payments and delivery

Requesting a live quote sends the saved design to our cloud slicer using approved printer presets. It does not connect to our physical printer. PayPal handles payment details. We store payment references and status, the confirmed quote, and the delivery name, address and contact information supplied by PayPal. We do not store your PayPal password or card details. Shipping and support information is used by the owner to fulfil the order and handle your requests.

Keeping and removing information

Account drafts remain available while you keep them in My projects. Archiving hides a draft without deleting it; permanent deletion removes the draft and its stored file versions after confirmation. An order or unresolved checkout can prevent deletion while payment and fulfilment records need reconciliation.

We keep order information, print files and access audit records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, payment reconciliation, legal obligations and other necessary business purposes. There is no automatic file expiry at this stage; the owner reviews information for deletion when those purposes end. Ask the owner on WhatsApp about access, corrections or deletion. Necessary transaction records may need to be retained even when a print file can be removed.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures visits, approximate location, device type, referral sources and studio actions such as uploads, quotes and checkout. This helps us understand how customers find 3DLise. We do not send your email, delivery address, uploaded file or model name, payment tokens or sign-in links to Analytics. Purchase reporting uses an opaque order reference and amount after server confirmation. Owner activity and sandbox payments are excluded. Analytics may process data outside Singapore. Declining analytics does not affect designing, accounts or ordering. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.

Service providers

Google provides authentication, hosting and private cloud storage. PayPal processes payments. A delivery provider receives the information needed to deliver your print. PrintPal, Meshy and WhatsApp apply their own terms when you choose to use them; our external model-generation guides do not send your model to those services. Payment and other providers may process information outside Singapore under their own privacy terms.

Owner-managed support

Use My projects to check progress or contact the owner on WhatsApp. Customer updates, delivery tracking and payment issues are managed by the owner. Automated order emails and carrier notifications are not offered at this stage.

A few things to know.

Files and colours

Upload designs you have permission to use. Screen colours are approximate; filament finish and lighting affect the printed result. STL preserves geometry. Colour 3MF support depends on the kind of colour data in the file. Review the model, dimensions, quantity and selected colours before confirming your order.

Size and suitability

Dimensions are in millimetres and proportions remain locked when resizing. Tell us if a part must fit another object. Functional or safety-critical uses need an individual discussion before printing. Large or complex models may require an individual review.

Quotes and confirmation

A preview estimate is for exploration. A live slicer quote shows the payable amount in SGD, its delivery charge and expiry. Payment is processed by PayPal. An order is confirmed when payment has been verified and its status is Paid. Uploading or saving a file does not confirm an order or schedule printing.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch within one week of order confirmation. This is a dispatch target, not a delivery guarantee; carrier transit time is additional. Online checkout currently accepts Singapore delivery addresses only. Follow progress in My projects. The owner manages dispatch, tracking and customer updates.

Cancellation, refunds and print issues

Custom prints are made for your confirmed design. Change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available after order confirmation. If a print is defective, incorrect or does not match the confirmed order, contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference and details so the owner can review the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies required by Singapore law.

Sandbox checkout is for the owner to test only. Sandbox orders use test funds, are labelled DO NOT PRINT and cannot enter production. Real payments open only after live payment configuration is approved.
